Inquiries and quotes
Submitting a form is a request for information. It does not create a booking. Availability and prices are confirmed in writing before any payment.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received. Remaining balances are due by the date stated in your confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions depend on each supplier and are stated in your confirmation. Third-party fees, such as airline penalties, apply as charged.
Responsibility
We act as a travel organiser coordinating independent suppliers. Activities in the ocean and nature carry inherent risk, and travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and entry requirements, including Galápagos entry cards and park fees.
